- Phone / WhatsApp number — for batch communication and support
- College name and graduation year — to confirm eligibility
- City / State — to understand our student base and plan future batches

- Browser type and device type — for improving website performance
- Pages visited and time spent — via Google Analytics (anonymised)
- IP address — logged automatically by our web server for security
We do not collect government ID numbers, bank account details, Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, or any sensitive financial information directly.
3. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used only for the following purposes:
- To confirm your enrollment and send you batch details
- To send session links and session recordings
- To send course materials, assignments, and project guidelines
- To issue your certificate of completion at the end of the programme
- To respond to your queries and provide student support via WhatsApp or email
- To send important batch-level announcements (reschedules, updates)
- To improve our website and course content based on anonymised usage analytics
We will not send you unsolicited promotional messages unrelated to your enrolled programme without your consent.
4. Payment Information
- All payments are processed securely by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
- We never see, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net banking credentials.
- Razorpay processes your transaction and provides us only with a payment confirmation and your name.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Enrollment information — retained for 2 years after your batch ends, then deleted.
- Payment transaction records — retained for 7 years as required under Indian financial regulations.
- Course completion records — retained for 5 years so we can verify certificates if requested.
- If you request deletion of your data, we will delete it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Data Security
- Our website is served over HTTPS (TLS encryption) to protect data in transit.
- Student enrollment data is stored in access-controlled systems accessible only to the programme administrator.
- We do not store student data on public cloud storage or unprotected spreadsheets.
- Batch communication channels (WhatsApp groups) are private — no student number is visible to anyone outside the batch.
- In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify you by email within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
8. Minimum Age
Our programme is designed for graduates and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
